What are the advantages of storing, sharing and tagging web content this way?

This is a great way for staff to share information with each other, and with customers. These sites save time when trying to locate obscure information. It's very frustrating when you know you've found something before and are unable to locate it again, so being able to add it is a plus!

What are the disadvantages?

-The website includes sites beginning with "A" or "The" in alphabetical order, making them difficult to locate alphabetically.

-The Best Websites page has absolutely NO pizzazz! The grey and blue are really dull.

-Staff need to remember to add useful sites when they come across them.

What do you hope to learn from CPL 2.0?

I hope to become more technologically savvy so that I am better able to help customers, and so that I have better research skills for my own projects.
